UR NEST apartments must be returned by 11:00 am on the day of departure to allow our staff to prepare them for the next guest. However, we know that sometimes your train or plane can leave later, so it is necessary to take your luggage to a deposit that stores it until the desired time.
We will always try to meet your needs, allowing you a late check-out if no other guests are expected that same day. To request the possibility of a late check-out, write to our virtual reception or contact us through the guest portal. We will be able to confirm this free service only 24h before your departure.
In case we were not able to lend you the property until the afternoon, subject to availability, we will try to keep your luggage at our office and organize with you the subsequent collection by appointment. If it is not possible for us to keep your suitcases until the desired time, we will indicate the private deposit closest to your apartment.
