It is possible to book the cleaning service from Monday to Friday, by 6:00 pm on the day before of the service, or on Saturday and Sunday with at least 24h notice.

If you have already booked your apartment, you can request extra cleaning or linen directly through the guest portal, otherwise complete the form below to organize the service as you prefer or purchase periodic cleaning packages.
On this occasion, we remind our guests that the UR NEST maintenance staff is available from 8:00 to 18:00 to solve any problem with the equipment of our serviced apartments. Do not hesitate to contact us through the guest portal, or through our virtual reception, to request assistance by phone or directly at your apartment. To be sure to receive a visit from our technician on the same day, please contact us by 17:00, so as to have the necessary notice to visit you. Upon entering your apartment, you will be given the on-call number, active from 19:00 to 22:00.
